Canape tasting includes chef selection of 10 canapes.
Cocktail tasting includes chef selection of 4 canapes, 2 larger bites and 4 mini meals.
Banquet tasting includes 4 canapes, 3 mains, 3 sides, 2 salads.
Formal tasting includes 2 entrees, 3 mains, dessert canapes
